How do you reset this device. It is not charging.
There is no reset for the unit charging device. You may try to use a different or compatible charging cable for your speaker.

I registered this product in February or March 2021. I went to charge it and when I plug the Micro USB cable into the boom box the light does not come on and will not charge. I tried 3 different cable and none work. This is all have have for entertainment. I dont own any other speakers, I dont even own a television. Please help me, I absolutely love this speaker and hope to buy more products from Pyle.

how do you get the fmradio to actually work and know what station you are on?? mine only switched between 2 stations and its very static ridden
Since the unit has an internal built-in antenna for FM radio. You need to have the unit placed on a location where there is a strong radio signal then do a search by pressing the play pause button.

I just purchased a pbmwp185 because the add said its 500w but the speaker says 40w total. that's deceiving, i'll probably return it.
