    • Multiprise Parafoudre PCO850 Neuve sortie de la boîte, l'interrupteur d'alimentation ne s'éteint pas ? Alimentation constante avec l'interrupteur en haut ou en bas. J'ai envoyé un email avec la référence 620752, cependant pas de réponse. Quelqu'un peut-il envoyer un interrupteur de remplacement ? Je ne pense pas que ce serait difficile à remplacer.

    • Est-il acceptable de brancher cette unité sur une rallonge pour une période prolongée?

      Tant qu'il s'agit d'une rallonge robuste, oui, elle peut être branchée pour une période prolongée.

    • Mon nouveau PCO850 ne se fixe pas dans 1U. J'ai dû utiliser 2U pour aligner 4 vis. Avez-vous une solution ? Est-ce que je vais annuler la garantie si j'agrandis les trous pour les aligner pour 1U ? Je suis très déçu par ce problème.
