Why can I not register my PDA6BU on the web site? I just bought it today 23 March 2023. The cards say to register for a warrranty. I go to your site go to PRODUCT REGISTRATION and thje site goes dead.

How do you enable Bluetooth mode so it will acquire my phone. I ollowed the instruction and all I get is "Bluetooth unconnected" nothing to initialize or get connected. Cannot get ot to acquire a signal.

Place the input selector knob to MP3/BT and set the mode for BT and connect the device that you wanted to use for the unit.

how do i play the fm

Set the selector knob on the far right of the receiver to MP3/BT. Once you have done that, press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station
