I purchased 2 PDBC70 power supplies from amazon. Both have a serious problem when the switch is in the OFF position. In the OFF position, there is 120V across the HOT and GRND parts of the outlet. How do I get a replacement product with the correct wiring?

We will have this reported with or Production Team to apply necesary correction with the product. However you can apply an easy fix by openning the unit and taking/removing the brown wire from the Breaker and connecting it to the Orange wire and removing the the Blue wire from the orange wire to where the brown wire was taken from. So it is just switching the 2 wires places.

Do the new units come with blue or red rocker switches? I'm looking for the blue ones

The multi colored switch is not available with us but you can chec with Amazon for replacement switch

Regarding the PDBC70, I notice the polarity is reversed. The neutral blade is connected to the hot blade of the wall outlet, and the hot blade is connected to the neutral blade of the wall outlet. Will this damage my sensitive electrical equipment?
