I tried connecting this product to my Philips TV and Bose QuietComfort 35 Bluetooth headphones, by trying both the optical audio cable and the RCA audio cable. My headphones give me an audio indication that says it’s paired, and the display screen on this product says it’s connected to the Bose headphones, but when I push on the MFB button to confirm, per the instructions, a voice prompt confirmation doesn’t happen. And when I take my TV off mute, sound is still coming through the TV, and not my Bluetooth headphones. How do I fix this?

Go to TV setting s Under audio look for optical or PCM Select the audio out type 
Make sure the Optical cable is securely connected

I was able to connect using the optical cable but there is a delay between the tv and my wireless shokz open air fit earbuds. In other words, my sound in the earbud is not in sync with the lips of the person talking on the tv. This is just not usable like this. The product features says the sound is transmitted ""without delay" but that's not the case. Is there a way to sync the transmitter to the tv voice?

This may be a Bluetooth version compatibility issue

is this backwards compatible with 4.2 PDWR61BTWT

Is there a way to reset the product? I want to pair two speakers. ICan only get them to work one at a time !!

Why can't I get this device to work with the optical cable. I'm referring to PDWM18BT bluetooth transceiver. I can get it to work from the aux port, but not optical
