how are the speakers powered? I see no batteries or charging cord?

These speakers are Passive speakers
I have a radio Amp that will go to 200 watts but the speakers have no sound I tried a different pair of speakers an they work just took them out of the box I am a Ham radio operator so I do know how to hook them up thanks very much Jim
