I lost my remote control and my charger and my equipment does not work manually. does not make any sound. Can I charge it with a USB cable from my laptop? Can I use it without a remote control?
No. The unit requires DC 5V power adapter and yes the unit can be used without the remote.

The corner pieces on my PG660A are cracked. Can I buy replacement corner pieces?

Is there any way to turn off the voice when powering on? Or at least lowering the voice? My speaker is on full blast when I turn it on :(
No, there is no option to adjust that.
