I have 5 acoustic guitars> All are made of only solid tonewoods. These guitars are sensitive to humidity and they must be stored in their cases. All of my instruments /have hard shell cases. I am planning to add at least 2 more such instruments in cases. Will this device accommodate 7 hard shell cases? Will I have to modify it to make this work?

The foldable guitar stand is designed to hold guitars without hard cases. having them in the hard case may not fit the stand

Is the foam padding safe for nitrocellulose finishes?
