How do you fold down the handles. I can’t get them to go back down flat

Locate the locking pins on the sides of the handles. They are small metal rods with black knobs on the ends.

Pull the locking pins out of the holes on the frame. You may need to twist them slightly to release them.

Fold the handles down until they are parallel to the frame. Make sure they are aligned with the holes on the frame.

Insert the locking pins back into the holes on the frame. Push them firmly until they click into place.

I mistakenly ordered the PKEQ38 without the extension handle. Can I order the extension handle separately?
