Does 22” inch height include the wheels?
Yes, the 22-inch height of the PKSTZ88 keyboard stand does include the wheels.

How do you fasten the keyboard to the stand? What are the straps hanging down for? Is there a manual for this?
You can fasten the keyboard to the stand by using the knob bolts on the top of the stand. You can adjust the height and width of the stand by loosening or tightening the knob bolts. The straps hanging down from the stand are for securing the keyboard to the stand. You can wrap the straps around the keyboard and fasten them with the hook and loop fasteners. This will prevent the keyboard from sliding off the stand.
