My speaker will NOT connect to my Bluetooth

Everything shows its working but no sound

The speaker is protected under low-velocity sprays of water from every direction. It can not be submerged

Lights come on but no music

make sure the Bluetooth is connected and the volume is up. also if you are using the AUX port. make sure it is properly connected

Are replacement speakers available? I have one of these and one of the speakers is shot. Magnet came off of the back of the speaker.

I have 6 ea 8V batteries. Will this unit work if I hook it to one of them?

Please send me the installation instructions for the following device PLATV65BT. I will be installing this on my ATV with a 12v battery power feed. My box did not come with any insulation instructions and on this site the link doesn’t work.

Locate the power cable and the speaker cable on the device. The power cable has a red wire and a black wire, and the speaker cable has a white wire and a black wire.

Connect the red wire of the power cable to the positive terminal of the 12V battery, and the black wire of the power cable to the negative terminal of the 12V battery. You may need to use a fuse holder or a circuit breaker to protect the device from overcurrent.

There is not much in the way of instructions, or mounting tips, II just received my PLATV65BT system and would like to mount it in my Polaris Ranger Cab. Also instructions to hardwire to a switch would be helpful
