The screw doesn't seem long enough to fasten the base to the pole??? How does the screw reach the pole?? Does it go under the stand and through it, then to the pole? It will not reach the hole inside the pole. Please tell me if I'm not doing it right. Thank you.

I bought one of this but arrived with a different middle part, it was sent a rounded one, when it must be a square one.

My students were a little rough and bent the metal piece that attached to the base at bottom. Can I order the silver metal piece to attach bottom?

It is not possible to put a round pole in a square brace. The center pole is shown as square not round. I was sent the wrong center pole that is round and the holes do not match the brace. Please replace the round center pole with the required square pole. I see this has been a problem for other buyers of this product.
