We just purchased this unit. Trying to get the dvd to play on both screens. HDMI cable is connected but the second screen is saying no signal. I Have the source on HDMI

As long as you play your video on your first screen you will be able to view it on the second screen

You need to use an AUX cable to connect the audio output of the monitor to the head unit

Every dvd we insert says Err read. Not sure how to troubleshoot this?
