I ordered a PMP57LIA megaphone from Amazon earlier in November. The first one arrived with a rechargeable battery pack as it is supposed to, but I can't find the USB port in the battery compartment to plug the battery pack into. So, after contacting Pyle support (Mavic Balana replied to me on November 15th), they said to work with Amazon to get a replacement. I contacted Amazon and arranged an exchange for the identical item. The new one arrived today, but it still does not have the USB port inside the battery compartment that is needed to use the included battery pack. I referred to the PMP57LIA manual on your website and the manuals included with both of the megaphones that I received. All of the manuals show an open USB power port inside the battery compartment, but the port is simply not there on either of the megaphones that I received. Can you please inform me on how to use the included battery pack?
Batteries we not remove from packaging. This unit is no longer rechargeable. Use regular C batteries or Rechargeable C batteries
