If everything is hooked up correctly 
Kindly check the assign button on the top of the faders if it is set to the right mode choose LINE or Phono

I need a basic, simple mixer that can mix 3 BlueTooth inputs, or 2 BlueTooth inputs + 1 analog input … combine those 3 inputs and feed them back out to Bluetooth. Can this device do that? If not, does Pyle Audio sell such a mixer? Thank you.

All mixers only have one Bluetooth receiver

How do you listen to the opposite of what’s playing through the the speakers, on the headphones? What is playing through is what is coming through the headphones. Difficult to set next song up when you can’t hear it without it playing through
