How do you get the flashing led lights to turn off. We have been searching and can't find the info on how to do this feature

how do you get PPHP1242B in blue tooth pairing mode ?

On the unit, press the mode button then locate the BLUETOOTH, the unit will then transmitt a signal on your device with a Bluetooth name of PYLEUSA, connect your device into that.
