My speaker makes a "turn on" noise when I turn it on, but I can't get music to play. Every other function appears to work: it changes modes using the remote, it searches for FM stations, and it even stops/starts music on my phone when its connected and I use the remote to start and stop it. The one thing that it doesn't do is produce any kind of sound through the speaker except for the "Turn on" sound. It sounds like a software issue. Do you guys have a firmware that I can try to use to fix it?
There is no firmware for the PPHP1244B

To pair Bluetooth simply select the mode Bluetooth then start pairing the phone -
Using Bluetooth, are you able to sync two speakers together without having Bluetooth 5? What Bluetooth with one speaker and then connecting the other on AUX, but use a USB to USB cord to connect the speakers?
The speaker are stand alone

The tweeter on my unit makes a constant "fussy" noise even when there is no music, no input... even when the volume is all the way down. Can you send me a replacement tweeter? Or inform me how to repair the unit?
Check the tweeter if it is a detachable horn driver

Why does the Bluetooth signal drop out all of the time and not sync up again.
A possible cause is the Bluetooth version

I have a pphp1244b and it has no bass at all its new so I would think it would have bass it's got 12 inch sub in it so it should have some bass but it just doesn't what can I do to have the problem resolved
