How long is the cord between the active and passive speakers?

The cord between the active and passive speakers is about 30 feet long.

Is passive speaker wireless or does it require a wire to active speaker? Also, does it support 2 microphones at the same time? Thx

The passive speaker is not wireless; it requires a wire connection to the active speaker for both power and audio signal. It doesn’t function on its own.

As for microphone support, yes—it can handle 2 microphones at the same time. Most of our models come with dual mic inputs (wired or wireless depending on the kit), so you and a partner can perform or present together without issues.

Do you have to change the voltage to 120V if using in USA

If the unit is to be used within the US it should be set 110 or 120V.

My system is on, connected and yet no sound plays

Could I purchase only the subwoofer? The active speaker works fine, but the passive one is not working

There are 3 possible reason why the passive speaker is not working.

1st it is possible that there is no output coming out of the Active speaker

2nd it is possible that the passive speaker is no longer working 

3rd it is possible that the Cable connector from active to passive speaker is already damaged or broken

Check these first to find out the trouble of the unit

My Bluetooth will not connect, it’s constantly says “NOLINK” and it will not connect nor can any of my devices find the speaker. I’ve even used friends ppl homes and the speaker is not findable.

Ther may be an issue with the Bluetooth receiver

How do I connect the Bluetooth from the speaker to my phone

After turning on the speaker
Go the mode button and press it till you get to the Blue or BT MODE
Once you are there you can start pairing your device to the speaker

I can't get sound to come out at all. Not on radio mode or bluetooth. How do I get the sound to work

Check if the unit is powered on
Check if you are on the right mode.
If Bluetooth  The screen should show BLUE or BT
for radio it should display the radio frequency
Check the the main volume if it is up.

Looking for a recommendation for a carry case for the Pyle PPHP1249KT PA system.

We do not have Carry case for this model

Why can't I get sound out of the active speaker when the radio is on or while bluetooth is connected?

Active and passive should work at the same time when listening to Radio or Bluetooth. If any issues encounterwed please contact customer suport

I lent this system out and the passive speaker came back with the plastic casing busted. Can I order a passive speaker separate?

Press the mode button and locate the Bluetooth mode of the unit. Make sure that the Bluetooth device is ready as well.

How do I connect the active speaker with the pasive speaker by 1/4''cable or by bluetooth?

By the speaker cable included with the unit.

How do I connect a mixer's L R Main Out to the active speaker that will give me stereo output to the speakers?

You can use an RCA cable connection and the active speakers will be connected to the passive speakers using the 1/4 inch to 1/4 inch speaker cable.

Is there a maximum range the two speakers have for the cable connection to the passive speaker to work?

5 to 10 feet the speaker is the ideal range.

Is the 1/4’’ SpeakOn (8 Ohm) Input available for purchase. Mine broke. Need to solder in a new one.

Yes, just press scan on FM mode
