    • I received my PPHP1299WU.5 on Tuesday 5/13/25. The remote control doesn't seem to be connection with the unit. I have replaced the batteries twice and it still doesn't work. Is there a trick to it? Everything else is working well.

      Please coordinate with the seller to request for a replacement since you've done the necessary Trouble shooting

    • There doesn’t seem to be any place to attach the microphone holders on this model. The previously posted answer does not really make sense. Where can we safely attach them without damaging the unit?

    • Can I pair 4 or 6 of these together for a larger space?

      It can be daisy chauned using LINE OUT AND LINE IN

    • Are the two included microphones on the same channel frequency or different? Are there more channels 'freq' available to use, if those channels are already in use by 'others'? Finally, If I buy two sets, how are the microphone frequencies between the two sets?

      it is on 2 different fix frequencies.Having 2 sets of speakers might cause frequency interference.

      Mic uses AA batteries.  they are not rechargeable
