To get the USB port to work you need to press the mode button and choose USB

Press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station.

The Charger plug broke off on ours is the a circuit board that can be replaced to fix this.
