         Just received the new unit. The remote doesn’t operate the unit. Yes I removed the plastic piece from the remote battery compartment prior to trying the use the unit The remote control for this unit is currently not available. Please contact the seller for a replacement

         How can I get a new mother board for this unit? We do not send motherboards as parts. You need to send the unit in for repair

         How adjust the equalizer We checked the listing and the instructions but there was no information about the EQ function. But if you try pressing the EQ button and the sound quality changes. That would mean that there is a built-in preset EQ. Like ROCK, POP, JAZZ, ETC. If there is no reaction when you press the button. then it would mean that it only has a FLAT EQ settings.

         How do you get the battery level indicator lights to come on? or How do you find out how much charge is left in the battery? Once the charging cable is connected the charging indicator will begin flashing. As soon as the battery is full you will see a steady light

         Can this device play music while it’s charging? Yes

         The charging connector on the board broke off , how do I get a new circuit board? The unit needs to be sent in for repair.

         I just bought this speaker about a month ago and where you plug the charger in to charge it pushed thro the front panel how can i get a replacment oanle for it If the Socket for the power charger went in. It needs to be sent for repair to get it fixed. However, you can consult a local tech to fix it

         Good afternoon, I have this product and I just opened it and am reviewing it, but when I connect to the machine via BT, it connects normally, but when I put on some music, it is not heard, is it a failure or do you have to make any adjustments? Make sure the mode button is pressed and the screen is showing Bluetooth. and raise the volume we recommend placing the volume on your mobile device to maximum and slowly raise the volume on the speaker system

         Does this system have am radio No AM Radio

         When I turn on the speaker the woman voice that comes on. It says Bluetooth FM radio auxiliary. It is very loud when she is speaking. How do I turn that down? There is no option to lower the volume of the voice prompt

         I bought one of these speakers and it doesn't show up on anyone's devices to connect by Bluetooth. There's no troubleshooting info in my user manual. Help The only reason why a Bluetooth device would not be seen is if it is currently connected to another device. But if it is never had been connected to a device and it is not found in the search then it may be defective./ Make sure to check if the unit is set to Bluetooth mode. before connecting

         I have two pphp2836b speakers, when i try to activate tws one gives message t -5 the other says on. They are not syncing together. Step-1: Turn ON BT mode on your device and connect the machine. 
 Step-2: Press and hold each control board “TWS” button more than 3's, and you will
 see "ON" on display, unit will start to connect the other unit automatically,
 now you can enjoy stereo sound, and adjusting one unit volume will aect
 the other unit.

         The speaker will not pair in bluetooth Iphones. I have done what the manual said but nothing. check for other device that may have been connected with the unit. Have all devices disconnecte prior to connecting a new device

         Will not connect to any phone I just bought it I did the steps says Bluetooth is on Press the mode button on the front panel of the speakers and locate the BLUE mode, the try and connect the device used.

         Why is my speaker giving me so much distortion when I plug a mic cord in? It’s horrible and even on lowest sound the buzzing is atrocious. These mics works great with my big sound system and they should work with this one as the jack is the same. Help! Try to use different microphone for the unit.

         My charging port is broken. Do you offer a replacement for this? If so where can I buy the new board? Thanks. You can contatct the seller of the unit for the repair process if the unit is still under warranty.

         How long does the battery last Approximately about an hour depending on how loud the speaker plays

         What speaker stand will fit Speaker # PPHP2836B Thanks Please check if there is a top hat speaker pole mount on the bottom of the unit
