i own one of these and one of my friends broke the charging port on it is there a way i can buy a whole new mother/ controler board thing for it so i have all the buttons and i can charge it again without buying a whole new speaker
The way to fix the unit is by sending it over to our service center for repair. The internal board is not sold to customers directly for safety and quality purposes

The board that you stood on the front of this thing cuz it's a p p h p h Street 5B the board and the front plate switch headphone jack all that into it the 5 d c or DC point 5 volt charging port has fell out of it and I need a new board all ready to go just put the screws and plug it in and play that's what I need
The unit needs to be sent in for repair as the board is not available for sale as parts

My Bluetooth isn’t working, I have it on and set to Bluetooth mode but no matter what I try it won’t show up as an available Bluetooth device on literally anything I own. How can I fix this?
Check there are any devices that were previously connected and has never disconnected from the unit yet. this makes the device not searchable
