I cannot get the unit to connect with my phone.

Press mode until it shows Bluetooth. Then connect the mobile phone

How to turn the lights off

It does not have a switch to turn off the light

I have three of these units, 2 seem to be super loud, even at volume level 1 we get feedback using the aux input. The one that works properly starts by saying welcome to pyle, then Bluetooth mode. The other two just say Bluetooth mode. Switching input on the one that works goes from Bluetooth to aux then fm. Switching input on thee two that don't work, input goes from Bluetooth to FM to aux.

You may try to reach out to the seller and request for a replacement for the two

Mode is flashing Bluetooth but no phone in house can find it. Junk!

Is there an app I can use as the remote control? I bought this unit second hand off of Amazon and it is missing the remote.

it does not recognize anything on my USB drive. Drives contain .MP3 formatted files that play on everything else. I've tried a SanDisk, PNY, and EMTEC branded USB drives. NONE of them are recognized. When pressing the MODE button, it simply toggles between Bluetooth, AUX, and Radio.

Check the storage of the USB used.

I was given a Pyle speaker PPHP838B - the power supply jack that is attached to the circuit board behind the front control panel has broken away from the board. How can I secure a circuit board?
