speaker connects but no sound comes out. mic works fine. it announces and shows connected to bluetooth device no sound.

How do you put the unit into bluetooth pairing mode after it's already been paired once?

Press the mode to select Bluetooth and start pairing

They are stand-alone

How do you turn off the crazy loud ‘power on’ announcement? Who thought this feature would be a good idea?

There is no option to turn off the voice prompt

Yes!  you can use other UHF Wireless microphone with separate receiver

If I need to replace the microphone, what can i purchase?

 The original microphone is currently out of stock. However, you can use any compatible wireless microphone with this unit. Here is one recommended option: Pyle PDWMU103.

the remote control is currently not available

About an hour or an hour and a half depending on the volume level

It is TS

Psbt105a: after powering it on with the switch , in 10 secs it turns off . The power adapter is plugged in the char/full light and led light is solid red.

If the unit does not turn on even with using a remote control, kindly check your warranty option

Approximately an hour depending on the level of volume or how loud it is being used
