The wall mounting plate, what are the dimensions. What is the hole size and distance between the holes if looking to use U brackets to mount on a round pole?

Not sure if the screw mount fits the electrical box but we recommend mounting it somewhere solid so it can carry the weight of the speaker

What are the dimensions of the plate that bolts to the back of the speaker?

These are completely fucked! How are you supposed to tighten the nuts on the pole in the centre and get them to sit solidly? We've setup multiple rooms in our studio with these stands and they're completely useless. Speakers are totally unstable and will spin upside down if you barely touch them. They're dangerous!
