My unit is not working. All lights and functions seem to be working, but can't get any sound to come out. Input levels on left and right VU meters show no signal coming in. Any suggestions?
Please make sure that all speakers are properly connected. If you are using the Audio IN at the back, please check on the Audio and line volume if they are both up and the master Left and right volume. Audio volume is for the USB/SD, Bluetooth, and FM Radio

How do you program a radio station. I cant get the radio to stop on a station
Press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station
