Why does'nt the instructions explain how to use the FM radio. How do I switch between the FM channels that were saved when i was pushing buttons? How do I scroll up and down the FM stereo guise manuely? Why does'nt it say anything about the EQ?
Once the Stations have been scanned and saved, just use the previous and next button to search for the desired station to listen to

What is its THD (Total Harmonic Distortion)? What is its SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio)? What is its sensitivity at its line input?
The THD and SNR are both not available in our documentation.

My church has an old PTAU34, which has run our sound system for around 12 years. We recently got a PTAU23 because we needed to have Bluetooth capability. Our plugin microphone (which works fine on the old system) initially had very low volume, and now doesn't work at all. Bluetooth and Aux (for a CD player) settings work fine. Is there a settings or compatibility issue? Or do we have a defective microphone jack?
Check if the microphone works with another amplifier system to rule out any issues with the mic itself. It's also possible the microphone cable is faulty—try replacing the cable to see if that resolves the problem.
