I bought this (model:PTVSP18BK) a while ago and took it out of the box for the first time today. I hooked it up but I cannot get the receiver to charge. I have another one which works fine and I wanted to give this as a gift. Can the battery be replaced? Why won’t it charge?

What speaker can I get so I can have 2 speakers ?

We do not have a TV speaker system that you could use 2 speakers we only have one speaker per transmitter. We recommend PTVSP50BK because, this is Digitally ready

When charging is the red light stable or blinking? Mine is stable, so I have no idea when it is fully charged.

When charging the light indicator blinked while on a full charge the light indicator is steady.

I have 3 PTVSP18BK speakers and they all do the same thing, when they off the paired transmitter, 10 ft or so, they all play for a while and quit. Sometimes they will start playing again,then quit Again.. What is is their problem?? All have been paired to one transmitter... They were all bought NEW. They are now out of warranty.

does the bluetooth capability allow me to connect this unit to a bluetooth compatible tablet that has no audio out connectors?

The PTVSP18BK is not Bluetooth compatible

My tv doesn't have a headphone jack. The rca adaptor cord supplied does not get the audio to the base unit.

I have one and don’t have instructions on how to set it up to my tv. How do I set it up to my tv?

The PTVSP18BK uses a 3.5 mm input jack. The TV needs to have an RCA Audio Output at the back or you can use the headphone out of the TV.
You can use a 3.5mmto RCA or a 3.5mm to 3.5mm Jack.

Does it work with TV volume turned all way down or on mute? PLEASE help, my hubby is partial to TV and I love to read in complete quiet. He will not use headphones or ear buds.

The wireless speaker was working fine until two days ago. We got it 5 months ago. It works if the audio cable is plugged directly into the speaker but won't work wirelessly. All lights are working and it does charge fully. I've tried to pair it with the base but nothing works. Any suggestions.

Any adapter that can provide a 5V DC power at 1.5 Amps would do.

I'm about to order this speaker but only if I can get a second power cord so that the speaker can remain plugged in - for my 99 yr old MIL in nursing home. Where can I get one and what do I have to look for? (I have to rely on nursing home staff to set this up due to COVID-19 restrictions.) Thank you.

I have two of your wireless speakers and their internal contacts (?) fade in and out constantly! Can I send in to your factory for the repair work needed to get them back in good working order? It has malfunctioned for almost the entire time I have owned. Thank you ......Steve Cook

I have 2 speakers, paired to the base which takes the signal from the TV. Sound is fine when charged and using off the bases, but when both returned to charge, only the speaker on the TV connected base works... the other cuts out. Charging the 2nd speaker direct is fine. It's annoying as I'd like to have them BOTH working on power without having to plug the 2nd direct. Switching and pairing the speakers makes no difference - it's always the speaker on the remote base that cuts out... so I assume this is a 'feature' or result of the transmitter in this unit?

Try to use an amplifier then connect to this unit, then the speakers should be connected to the amplifier and to the TV.
