Do you have a spin dry attachment that I could purchase separately. I bought this machine on Amazon and can’t really use it because of how hard it is to dry the clothing

I put in a Shirt to wash water detergent and set the timer.. It makes a faint noise, doesn't agitate or do anything but drain the soapy water out. So I let it the program run through and removed the shirt and nothing in the washer now. Set the timer again. And the same faint noise and clicking, I counter clock wise with my finger spun the agitator along with the click noise and it and it spun on its own for 1-2 seconds then stops. What should I do. Any suggestions on how to get it to work normally? Please Advise
