They only come in white

Following up on one of the other questions. I have the same problem as the box and description says the unit will control two pairs of speakers in which the unit can't do with the number of inputs and outputs provided. I guess I will need to return for my money back.

The outside box states this will "Control 2 Pairs of Speakers". The instructions do not show that. What does this product actually do? two Speakers or two SETS of speakers?

If it said that on the box then it might be a miss print because on the manual it shows only two-channel in and two speaker out only. Also on the listing it shows only two sets of terminal. 2 IN and 2 OUT

I INSTALLED ONE OF THESE FOR MY CEILING SPEAKERS. SPAEKER A IS REALLY LOW AND SPEAKER B IS REALLY LOUD WHEN THE KNOB IS AT THE FIRST POSITION. I HAVE CHECKED THE SPEAKERS BY BYPASSING THE KNOB UNIT AND ALSO CHECKED MY POLARITY AS WELL. PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS..

If you have checked the polarity and directed the speaker and works well then there is a problem with the volume knobs. Please coordinate with the seller to arrange for a replacement. Please check your proof of purchase if you are still within the 30 days return window
