Hello, My 12” unit no longer powers on. The “Low” indicator is on but I have it plugged in and doesn’t seem to charge. How do I get unit to rescharge battery?

Have you checked the cable it may be damaged. or battery may no longer hold charge 

I use a USB with my songs that I sing on it, and have them listed by number. When I put in the usb in and I press the number song on the remote or the unit I want, it does not give me the correct song. Why does that happen? That was one of the reasons I bought the unit was to play the songs I sing from the USB.

The unit actually plays the music in random order

How do I set the speaker to Bluetooth pairing mode? I am not sure if I did it right but the speaker won’t appear on my device.

Press the MODE Button and on the screen when it appears BLUE that means you can start pairing

I can’t connect to Bluetooth on any of my devices. Can you help me connect to Bluetooth?

I’m having trouble with my PWMA1299A just purchased it and even with the knobs turned down it gives feedback like it’s at top volume. Is there a reset or something or a way to get it to work.

It is not normal if the volumes are all turned down but still have feedback Contact seller or Customer service.

Are there replacement mics for the PWMA1299A - we damaged one of ours.

I purchased a PWMA1299A with 2microphones (orange bottom, blue bottom), how do I pair the microphones to the speaker system? Categories I see are Line - Radio - Bluetooth. Each Microphone has a channel and another number. Thank you Don

MIcrophones should automatically connect once the unit and the mic are on.

Hi there. I realise there's no perfect answer to this question... but do you think this would be suitable for playing music (at a decent volume) to a roughly 60x40 ft room? For a wedding. Or should I be looking at something more powerful? Many thanks, Simon

I would say find a stronger one as when a room is filled with people it defeats the speaker volume

We recommend PADH15BTA and use a speaker stand PSTND1
