How do you get the piece of crap to work? The microphones do not sync automatically and do not work. They turn on but ZERO sound comes out when you use them. What is the point of giving wireless mics when you need wired mics with this unit! It has 2 mic inputs on the front but you didn’t give me wired mics!!!!! What a piece of shit you guys sell! Can I please get my money back!

FM and AM no sound

The mode should be of the unit should be set on FM or AM if you wish to use that mode.

The microphones do not sync automatically. In fact, they do not work no matter what I have tried. I even plugged a microphone into the unit and it no matter what, I can not get the microphones to work. What is the solution other than saying they should "sync automatically"? I bought the unit specifically for the "Karaoke" feature.
