Why does the PWMA50B say “DC 9V” on the side when it comes with a 12 volt charger?
It is a minimum voltage it can take

When the adaptor is plugged in and the unit is off, the charge indicator is always green solid green, but the battery never charges. I can run the unit with the adaptor plugged in; the light then flashes red and green, but again the battery never charges. The unit will not operate at all when unplugged from the adaptor. What can I do?
The unit has dead battery

When charging the “charge” light blinks red/green alternately fast blink. Is this normal. Also the adapter goes from green to red when I plug the other end in.
The full charge should be solid green.
