    • I recently purchased PWRC65BT but I’m having issues connecting and staying connected. Is there a delay in the active speaker before turning on? Have connected to a ceiling outlet which has a switch but the red light takes about 20 minutes to turn on and then disconnects after only 5-10 min being connected.

      If you have just recently purchased this unit kindly coordinate with the seller for replacement.

    • I am looking for a bluetooth speaker I can put in my bathroom. It not over the shower so I am not sure if I need to find something that is damp rated. Is the amp built into this speaker? or is an external receiver/amp required? how to connect to play music?
