Why are there two sets of black and red terminals? Can I connect just one? There's not much info on wiring in the installation manual. I assume like with most stereo speakers there's a double wire?

What is the difference between #1 and #2 terminals? Do I connect both?
connect the 2 terminal in parallel. Positive to positive and Negative to Negative

we have had this speaker system in our home and now has a electrical beeping noise in our kitchen-we can still hear music. i detached one kitchen speaker to see if it was just that speaker. it then transferred to the next speaker (still able to hear the "beeping" and music in the dining room. Not sure what is happening with the system
It is possible that it is an amplifier issue
