It generate heat but it does not pump

Is there a way to turn the operational beeping sounds off?

There is no option to turn off the beeping sound

What is the start up wattage in ac/heat modes ?

Approximately 1500 watts

The FL indicator keeps coming on and shutting down the unit. I have the drain tube continuously hooked up to drain constantly but it still shuts off..Help! Can I disconnect the sensor?

Does the exhaust duct assembly have to be used in the heater mode (and all other modes)? Also will the dehumidification drainage line be needed in all modes?

The exhaust is to let the heat out that it is producing when cooling the room. you may not connect the exhaust hose on heat mode

What is the SEER or CEER rating?

There is none mention on the documentation about the SEER or CEER rating

We purchased this unit this spring. The compressor has stopped working. The air flow is clear around the unit and the tube is fairly straight to the the outside.

Does the unit power on? If the motor does not run. Please check if your unit is still within 30day replacement warranty from seller. If not, you are covered by a one year warranty by the manufacturer but you would have to send the unit for evaluation and repair to our service center.

When in cooling mode both the compressor and fan stop when the temperature is reached. Is there a way to keep jthe fan on all the time in cooling mode.

the unit is drawing around 13 amps. the vent hose is attached a shared 6" vent hose going outside it is approximately 40 ' total with 5- 90 degree bends. Could this be causing the higher current flow, also the back of the unit is pretty hot.

Make sure that the air Flow hose does not choke  the air going out otherwise it will cause pressure to the unit.

Your Portable Room Air Conditioner& Heater SLACHT128 Manual says: FILTER SCREEN • Vacuum the filter screen once every two weeks. If it is blocked by dust, efficiency of the A/C will be reduced. • Take out the air inlet grille and pull out the filter screen at both sides according to the direction shown in the following figures. Use vacuum to remove lint from filters. • Put the filter screen into the warm water (about 40°C or 104°F) added with neutral detergent, dry it at a shady place after cleaning. There are no "following figures" or any reference as to where the filter is or anything at all about it.
