We can’t get the washbin to secure into the stand column no matter what we try. Are we suppose to use excessive force? I’m worried it will bend or brake the stand. I’ve even removed the stand to try and place it upside down pushing it into the washbin with absolutely no success. We can’t be the only ones having this problem with this product? Very frustrating

I would like to order another drain hose for the SLCASN18 sink but the link provided below does not work. I also purchased the portable toilet and on Amazon it states the hose from the sink connects to the intake for the toilet but they do not connect. The sink hose is too big to fit in the hole. I am having issues attaching the sink to the base. What is the proper application?

Simply screw in the pole to the base water tank and place the sink on top of the pole

I believe there is a white plastic part that is supposed to be attached to the soap dispenser but I cannot figure out how to attach them together.
