Can the sauna tent be washed?

the advertisement says you can use essential oils how the sticker on the steamer says don't use essential oils it could damage machine. this thing is not easy to put together, all videos show pole corner pieces as white metal the are welded together. however we got these bulky black plastic corner pieces that don't easily fit into sauna tent . the tent ripped in several seams ,would not recommend to anyone

Hello. We just got this sauna a few weeks ago and the top plastic lid has completely cracked from stress fracture of some sort. To the point the handle is now broken completely off. Is there a replacement or what is our options for a fix ?

I bought this sauna a year and half ago, already I have been through 3 steamers, they keep on burning up. it is becoming very expensive buying new steamers every 3 to 4 months. How can I prevent it from burning up, is there a way to repair the burnt steamers. I also noticed that the extension coed that I am using though it is gauge 14, it becomes very hot. I need to use an extension, do you have specific specs for the cord

hi.. my pyle sauna steamer boils but it doesn't blow steam... can you help? the sieve like plastic device doesn't seem to be on properly either.. but I'm not sure how to re attach that? could that be causing the issue?

Hello I love my steam sauna and have used it 8-12 times already. However, the lid that comes with the steam pot does not adequately keep water from escaping? The water escapes and ends up spilling down the side of the unit (electrical hazard) and ends up soaking the floor.. This ends up causing the tent to lose potential steam and heat. My temporary work-around solution has been to place a weight on top of the lid.. but I fear that this could damage and/or fracture the lid. Do you have any recommendations for modifying the lid (or providing me a replacement lid) that will better seal off water from escaping?? Thank you
