When I try to charge my SLPUMP50 pump it does not charge. It looses charge instead of charging. Do you think I need a replacement charger or is the battery no good? I have used it around 10 times only.
You can try replacing the power adaptor first

My pump worked only once. It will not display psi when in use, it reads 00.00 and will not fully inflate.

Does the pump offer two stage inflation? - 1st: low pressure high volume 2nd: high pressure low volume? How long does it take to pump up an average board?
It does not mention about the two stage inflation

I just got the pump. Worked when plugged in. Didn’t work without being connected to electric. When I plugged into car lighter, it came on & then I was able to use on beach without cord??? It was almost as if it needed to be primed. This doesn’t seem normal to me.
On first use, it should be primed.

This product is NOT working. Yes, I’ve tried his dc and ac. No luck at all !! WTH ???
