         How can I change passcode on my safe Yes, you just have to reset the passcode for the unit and change with the new one.

         The instructions state that first time user should remove the emergency lock covet. Which is the emergency lock cover and how do you remove it? The emergency lock cover is a small plastic cap that covers the keyhole of the SereneLife SLSFE15 electronic safe box. It is located on the front panel of the door, below the keypad and the LED display. You can see it in the product image. 
 To remove the emergency lock cover, you need to use a small flathead screwdriver or a similar tool. You can follow these steps:
 • Insert the tip of the screwdriver into the slot on the side of the cover and gently pry it off. Be careful not to damage the cover or the door.
 • Keep the cover in a safe place and do not lose it. You will need it to cover the keyhole again after using the emergency key.
 • Insert the emergency key into the keyhole and turn it clockwise to unlock the door. You can use the emergency key if you forget your user code or if the batteries are dead.
 • After opening the door, replace the cover by snapping it back into place.

         Hello. My code to open the safe box stop working. I open the safe box with emergency key. I try to replace batteries but no buzzer beeps.
