Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (Canada)

Pyle products are designed to meet high standards of quality and reliability. In addition to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, Pyle offers a manufacturer’s limited warranty on eligible products.

1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible Pyle products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

Some products may qualify for extended warranty benefits when registered within 30 days of purchase. Warranty registration is optional and does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian law.

Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

Warranty coverage, duration, and eligibility may vary depending on the product category and promotional terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Certain products may have different warranty terms, including but not limited to:

  • Oversized or high-value items (such as air conditioners, game tables, or large equipment)

  • Products sold under limited-time promotions

  • Items with specific warranty terms disclosed on the product page

Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper installation or handling are not covered.

Authorized Sellers & Proof of Purchase

This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Pyle sellers and must be supported by a valid proof of purchase.

Warranty coverage does not apply if:

  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller

  • The serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced

Products sold by unauthorized sellers may be used, counterfeit, defective, or intended for a different market and are not eligible for Pyle warranty support.

Canadian Consumer Rights
