      It  is a default pin and it can not be changed

      0000 or 1234

    • How can I adjust sound. Sound stays at one volume

      Volume can only be adjusted through the mobile device you are using

    • Does each speaker need to be connected by wire to a power supply?

      Only one speaker needs to be powered

    • what does it mean that one speaker is active and the other passive? the speakers are driving me nuts because one speaker is really loud and the other is so quiet, it's practically useless. Is this supposed to be so?

      If the speakers are wired properly it should have equal audio levels

    • My speakers are unable to pair to Bluetooth, we have paired before but it keeps disconnecting and will not allow us to reconnect. What are some troubleshooting tips for us to reconnect?

      Try to use different device to connect with the unit. Remove all the connections made from the device and pair and unpair the device to see difference.
