    • I need to buy several of these for a business. However looking at the reviews on Amazon, there are several customers over the course of years that have indicated (with pictures and videos) that the plastic becomes extremely brittle and breaks away. If this is true, this would pose an extremely harmful situation for my customers whom may be sitting underneath these. What is the situation regarding the plastic? Has this been identified as an issue and a new plastic formulation has been used?

      This has been brought to the management's attention and was taken care of. Brittleness may occur only in extremely hot weather and location of a speaker where it is installed like ceiling that is close to the roof. if the speaker is located properly, it will last for years.
