Xlr-To-Usb Microphone Adaptor

What is the warranty for the PDUSBPP10? I purchased one in February of 2020 and the power/USB connector has become intermittent. It's not a cable problem. Other than that it has worked well and upon my recommendation is now the go-to remote device for our radio station. A useful thing right now! Thanks for the great products. It should work with Windows 10

I jusr upgraded to Win 11 and now my system doesn't see the mic adapter. Do I need a driver?

We currently don't have a firmware available for this unit

Will this take audio in via XLR from a soundboard and pass it through to headphones via the 3.5mm, without being plugged in via USB? If it does need power via USB, can it take it from an AC adapter?

The device is designed only for microphones. This has never been tried for a mixing board output

Yes just match it with a good DAW

Does this work with a dynamic microphone? (Shure SM-58) It is extremely quiet when I use it

A couple days into use there has been a static noise when I plug in my headphones, how do I fix this?

Try using a different USB cable

Can you please elaborate a little more on MIX AUDIO CONTROL: Equipped w/ adjustable headphone volume for monitoring, and mix audio control for blending microphone and playback audio.

The Mix knob is to balance the PC audio and the mic volume

where is the phantom power button..? Currently connected to a condenser mic and not getting any sound cause I don't see how this device is providing phantom power...? If phantom power is 'always on'... thats not good... especially for ribbon mics...

Hi, This wont connect to either of my two MacBook Pro's. Any suggestions to make it work. Ive been through the system preferences etc. It jus wont see the unit.

Try to use a different USB Cable. If still it don't work Check your warranty option
