Is it possible to get a replacement headset for phpha66?

We just purchased a new Smart TV and the Connection Audio OUT R&L for our PHPHA66 is not on the back of any of the new TVs. Is there an adapter for the small circular Audio cable to be used with The HDMI or the USB connection on the TV? The TV Also has Bluetooth if we should buy speakers but they are very expensive. We would rather continue to use our Hearing Assistance Headsets. I have a bluetooth receiver for my hearing sides but it just makes it louder. The Headsets are much easier to hear the voices with.

All SMART TV uses Optical Digital audio output. You need to use a digital to analog converter

My headphones are ;u] charging properly - only 10-15 minutes use after being in the cradle overnight. The charging station is switched on and the red light is on. Any suggestions? Model PHPHA66.

I have the PHPHA66 and got a new TV that doesn't have 3.5mm jack. There's HDMI jack. Is there an adapter for this or am I unable to use this device now?
