ON THE PHRM76 HOW DO I TURN ON THE HEART RATE MODE?
Target Heart Rate
1. Press the START/STOP/+ or NEXT/SAVE/- button to turn the Target Heart Rate
feature ON or OFF.
2. Press the MODE button to set the Maximum Heart Rate.
3. Press or hold either the START/STOP/+ button to increment the maximum heart
rate or the NEXT/SAVE/- button to decrement the number.
4. Press the MODE button to set the Minimum Heart Rate
5. Press or hold either the START/STOP/+ button to increment the minimum heart rate
or the NEXT/SAVE/- button to decrement the number
Maximum heart rate range: 80 – 220 BPM
Minimum heart rate range: 30 – 150 BPM
