    • i have installed this back up camara on my truck. everything works well, except the grid/scale lines do not appear on monitor. any suggestions? plcm38frv

      on the camera wires there is one wire labeled as the scale line cut the loop wire or if there is a button press the button

    • My camera is out of focus. Is there a way to adjust the focus?

      It should be auto focus

    • I have install this camera and and I cut both the green and white pigtail wires for a rear view installation. Everything works fine until I start the engine. Once the engine starts, the scale line flutters up and down. The main view on the monitor, does not move up and down just the scale lines. The radio works fine without any electrical interference, so I am questioning why the scale lines have this flutter situation

      Cutting the Green and White wire was correct, it seems there is a problem with the Cam. If you have just recently purchased this please contact the seller.

    • I've installed the PLCM38FRV back up camera but everything is on the opposite side meaning whats on the right side of the camera monitor is actually on the left side of the car. Can this be adjusted? thx, KS
