No, connecting two 4-ohm speakers in parallel per channel would drop the load to 2 ohms, which this unit is not made to handle. It could overheat or get damaged.

I have a Pyle PLMRBT18 installed and it came with an amplifier PLMRA400. Are these compatible with each other? I cannot get the amp to power on when hooking it up per the diagram provided.
Make sure the REM of the amplifier is connected to the Remote Trigger of the Head unit which is the Blue Wire
