Is there any way to reset the Bluetooth? It just flashes and I cannot connect to the unit

There is no reset on the speaker. it needs to rescan on your phone

The unit is not holding a charge. Is there a solution for this issue?

My headset mic is making static noises. I have replaced the batteries and it is still not working properly. The hand held mic works just fine. What can I do to fix this? It was purchased in September of 2020 so I should still have a warranty.

Why does the speaker sometimes make a static noise while plugged in? We use this speaker for teaching dance and recently it starts to make this sound which prevents us from using it at all.

Statick may be coming from the microphone receiver if it encounters interferences

Our library was given just the speaker of this unit. We need the mic and things to make it work. Can we just buy the accessories.

what do i need to have plugged in to recharge the battery? dc 12v or ac 100? how long does it usually take to charge and how long does a charge last?

It uses an AC power cord 120 volts, the initial charge of 6 hours charge lasts f about an hour depending on the application

My iPhone won’t connect to the Bluetooth

Apple has a very sensitive compatibility issues in terms of version. If the version of Bluetooth doesn't match the IOS specifications it will really not work 

Is there a way to rename the unit on Bluetooth. The classroom next door has an identical unit and accidentally connects to mine. frequently since they are both named Pyle on bluetooth

Bluetooth connection from iPad volume is very quiet, even with the volume turned all the way up you can barely hear it. We have paired it with a smaller bluetooth speaker and the sound was fine. Is there a setting that we are missing on either the PA system or in the iPad settings?

iPad volume should be set to Max. Also check the mp3 volume and master volume on the PA speaker

Where can i order a new battery? If the sound is not working properly and the led screen is flashing durning play, is that a battery problem?

While connected to bluetooth, the speaker is making a static noise when playing and there is lots of inference. Also the battery area seems have expanded.

If the battery looks expanded. Please check it out it may have already leaked and may need replacement. Static sounds may need to checked and repaired
