I have the PPHP42B and every time I power up the unit and the volume is like at max.. very annoying.. is there some way I can have it start up at a normal volume ?
There is no option to change the volume level as it is set as a default level

After making a flash drive of music from my computer I inserted it into my PPHP42B . The songs play but will not switch to the next track. It plays the same song over and over. How do I fix this situation. I have misplaced my remote control so if it requires one I am happy to purchase this item. Thank you .

Can you buy a upgraded remote? This original remote never did work.
The same remote will be provided if the unit is still under warranty. Also, try to change the battery of the remote, make sure to remove the plastic film at the battery compartment for the battery to work.

what is the maximum size of the micro sd card that can be used with the PPHP42B? I inserted a 32 GB card but the unit does not recognize it. Thank you.
